Health coaching, your way.  You can do an online wellness course on your own, customize by adding 1:1 sessions with me via video, or a combination of both, or...whatever works best for you.  There will also be group sessions offered.  I'm here to support you in your goals, and to help you achieve success.  Feel heard and validated - let's get started!  Reach out for a discovery call.

Wellness Programs

There are so many ways to achieve self-care and our offerings change to reflect that.  Enjoy guided meditation, or maybe an essential oil workshop.  Learn to make a herbal salve or use food/mood/lifestyle journalling to make positive changes in your daily routines or diet.  The programs will be available in-person, or you can enjoy them at your own pace via guided self-learning.  You choose.

Health coaching is a personalized approach to wellness that helps individuals achieve their health goals through a combination of nutrition and lifestyle changes, and as a herbalist, I can also add in holistic practices like herbal remedies. A health coach works with clients to understand their healthcare goals, and to aid in creating sustainable habits that support long-term well-being, offering guidance on balanced nutrition, stress management, and natural remedies to enhance overall health. People often seek health coaching for its well-balanced approach in improving energy levels, managing weight, reducing stress, and finding natural solutions to health challenges, empowering them to live a healthier, more mindful life.

My focus is finding and addressing the roots cause of any imbalances, and tailoring a program to fit you specifically.  No generic, cookie cutter plans!

Definitely not!  Any alternative, preventative healthcare strategies are a complement to conventional medicine, and should be treated as such.  Anything I suggest and that you decide to implement may enhance your wellbeing, and can be added as part of your overall health maintenance routine, but should never replace visits with your doctor or routine medical screening, such as blood tests and medical imaging.  My focus is more on using food and herbs as medicine, as well as exercise and stress reduction for health, including referring you to your physician if any concerns come up.

As far as I know, health coaching and the services of a clinical herbalist are not yet covered by insurance, although you should check any coverage you may have through work or other sources just to be sure.

The cost of the services can seem daunting at first, until you realize that taking control of your health is worth the investment.  I go deeper into your medical history than most healthcare professionals have time for and give you suggestions based solely on our conversations, my experience and what your current needs are.  We also have the advantage of time to talk about my recommendations to you in order to make sure that they fit your lifestyle and overall wellness goals.  Unfortunately, our current healthcare system is overwhelmed and doesn't allow for that.

To help with fees, I offer payment plans, different levels of coaching that you can customize and build on to manage cost, and am willing to provide a sliding scale option for those in financial difficulty.  If you have concerns, always talk to me to see what we can do together.

This really depends on you - your willingness to follow the recommended protocols and embrace the healing process.  Remember that if you have a chronic condition, it took a long time to get you to that point, so it will take some time to recover fully, too.  The good news is that any effort you make should yield positive results and sometimes, it's the small baby steps that make the most impact.  Best of all, you'll have my full support along the way so that you can achieve lasting results.
